Recently, so many concerns received from friends regarding on IMVIP, almost same question were asked 'Lucy, will you continue to work on IMVIP?' " when will you come back to China?', my answer is 'Of course! whereever I will be"

I am sorry, during past 2 weeks, I sunk my head in catching my course, as I came later than others, anyway, it is good,  in the mid-exam, got 2xA,1xB, but a little bit depressed is that B is in score of "89", if it is "80", maybe it is more balanced in mind:-), when I shared with my ex-colleague for the B of "89", my friend laught... But I really still need to study for that score '1', my another friend told me 'Lucy, score is not so important, important is skill and knowledge', so I told myself that 'Lucy, study MBA is not for "MBA", but for enhancing skill and knowledge', frankly, current my MBA course just help to streamline all the knowledge, skill and expereince which I learnt in my past works, it is just the time to review and consolidate it...

I will think how to manage my time so that can have time for IMVIP....

I am sorry, I am very busy with all kind of things here in Chicago, so very regret that could not find a time to fly to D.C. to meet IMVIP team members who is attending in TCT in D.C. but I think we can meet in the next year's ACC.

IMVIP Video Conference testing room has been setup, please all concenred parties to join the testing, but it is restricted to the members only, so please register an ID, and login, then you can join the panel discussion.

Please IMVIP Chairmen to use the ID which I sent to you to register,and loging.

I had a discussion with cordis about the possibility to hold IMVIP event base on the website for the purpose of cutting down cost. the assumed stepts are as below:

1. before meeting, all speakers should do lecture personally and have a record with PPT,
2. Send recorded video-sound clip to the web administrator
3. Web administrator re-edit the video to flash formart
4. load all the re-edited video-sound clips in a room of IMVIP website
5. then during official meeting, the recorded sound-video clips will be  one by one per the instruction of hoster with refer to agenda for what time play what clip.
6. After a clip played, will step into discussion session, during discussion, will use online discussion mode by text..all member can login the duscussion room by a ID and pasasword.



The advantage for the solution is cost saving on transmitting, meeting venue renting. but it requests a very high level web server and bandwidth.
